★★★★★Rated 5 out of 5 on Google

I highly recommend Dina Nails. I’ve been a customer for over five years and have consistently received beautiful nails, fair prices, and friendly service. I often visit without an appointment, and although I’ve occasionally waited, I keep returning because I appreciate their work and kindness.

I was present during the incident behind the recent negative review. I witnessed a customer raising her voice, making demands, and speaking disrespectfully to people who were trying to help her. Even her partner asked her to lower her voice. Her behavior made me uncomfortable enough to ask the staff to have her leave.

She was later asked not to return. The staff deserves to set boundaries and provide services in a respectful environment. Having an appointment or a complaint does not give anyone permission to intimidate or belittle others.

I also saw her publicly encouraging others to leave one-star reviews. In my opinion, targeting a small business this way amounts to bullying. Reviews should reflect each person’s actual experience, rather than an effort to punish a business over someone else’s dispute.

I can speak to what I witnessed and my five years as a customer: this hardworking team deserves respect. I proudly support Dina Nails and recommend their services. Everyone deserves courtesy—including the people doing the work.

Recomiendo mucho Dina Nails.
